PAYMENT

To pay for the products ordered on supermagneti.ro you have several options:
– cash payment on delivery (reimbursement upon receipt of the package);
– online payment with bank card;
– payment by bank transfer / payment order.
* For selected products with store pickup, payment can also be made physically in the store (cash or card).

Cash payment/refund
When the courier delivers the package, you will hand over the amount corresponding to the order. The amount of the refund will be the final amount that was communicated to you at the time of placing the order and will also be shown on the invoice accompanying the goods (at the time of receipt or later by e-mail).

Online payment with bank card

After completing the order, you will be redirected to the page where the bank card data is required. For the correct completion of the transaction, the data necessary to authorize the transaction must be entered in the payment platform. Online card payment is made using the services of EuPlatesc.ro, one of the largest card processors in Romania. Online payment can be made with your personal or company card, in complete security. We mention that no additional commission is charged for the transaction.
If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, the transactions are carried out in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card.

Payment by bank transfer / payment order
After completing the order, you will receive by e-mail the proforma invoice for making the payment. The products will be delivered only after receiving a copy of the payment order to the e-mail address: office@supermagneti.ro.

DELIVERY

All our products are checked and properly packed before shipping.

The minimum order is 35 RON.

Delivery is made by FAN COURIER and only on the territory of Romania. Orders are shipped within a maximum of 1-3 working days from the moment the order is received by an operator, with the mention that only for the products that are in stock. For products that have the pre-order option, the delivery time will be communicated by phone within a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order.

The cost of transport differs depending on the type of delivery:
– Standard delivery for orders paid by bank card / payment order, the transport cost is 14 RON, for delivery from Monday to Friday, in the FAN COURIER coverage area.
– Collector Account Delivery for orders that will be paid in cash on delivery, the transport cost is 19 RON (14 RON standard cost + 5 RON cash on delivery cost), for delivery from Monday to Friday, in the area of FAN COURIER cover.
– Saturday Express Delivery, +8 RON added to the previously mentioned costs, in the FAN COURIER coverage area, but only for orders placed during working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) . ***For example, if you place the order on Saturday with delivery on Saturday, unfortunately the delivery will not be possible, because no colleague will be available to take the order.
* Outside the FAN COURIER coverage area, a fee is charged, set by the courier (0.95 lei/km), depending on additional km to the destination. This fee will be communicated after placing the order – in the event that the destination city is outside the Fan Courier coverage area.

The order can also be picked up in person from our store in Bucharest (Sos. Berceni no. 104, ICPET building, room 17, landmark right opposite the Dimitrie Leonida metro station), during working hours (Monday- Friday, 08:00-17:00).

The supermagneti.ro team disclaims responsibility in case of delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or the courier company.

Upon receipt, please check the package’s integrity and if there are signs of impact or damage, we recommend that you refuse it.
